I have only fond memories of Jim. He was a boss - a friend - a natural comedian - loyal - and I have wonderful memories of my Lifeguard International days! Jim invited me to his home - water skiing - dinners (we had a blast and laughed a lot). Jim was really funny. I am grateful that we reconnected on the phone years later. The world was indeed a better place with Jim in it (for sure). Rest In Peace my friend and God Bless

Wow i think of you Jim when i pass your old home if hes even lives there anymore. Met Jim in 90´s his daughter Natalie and my daughter Megan were friends. He must have made a hugh impression on me as a person cause only met a couple times very heartfelt friend. RIP Jim am sorry for the families loss

I will always remember Jim and his smile. We will all miss him. Im really sorry the virus prevented so many of his friends from visiting him before his passing. Rest in peace Jim.

Im going to miss Jim, he was a good friend and my favorite realtor. We shared lots of good times together as well as property sales he did for me. He could brighten a room with his infectious smile and positive outlook. We will all miss him but carry him in our fond memories forever.
