Not sure what to say?

Miss you Dad Fleafly

Stewart was the best. Period!!

Every time I hear an Oldies but Goodies, especially "Peanuts", I think of Stewart (since most the boys in the class of '62 were named either Mike or Jim, we had to use last names or a fourth of the class would answer). Met him when I transferred to Kimball my junior year. Stewart and Chernosky , whom I had met a year earlier, were inseparable at Kimball. Chernosky even filmed our pole vaulting practices and meets for us in HS.

Got to know Stewart really well, as Coach Dave...

Love you Dad. Miss you more than words can say. Fleafly

Cluster of 20 Memorial Trees

So sorry to here we lost Jim. Just a great guy! Always looked forward to his wit and wisdom.

Jim Jimmy and I met our Sophomore year at Kimball. I had been there a year as I had just moved to Dallas from Port Arthur. We played football together and while he was the quarterback, I was one of the big uglies up front. Jim was force to reckon with on the field and in the huddle. His intensity and leadership qualities were apparent throughout his life.

Jim was my best friend along with Barbara Eason. Ill never forget them.

I love you Man,

Mike Chernosky

He also had a a niece named Melissa that had not seen him in many years, but loved him very much and will always cherish the memories that I have when my dad would take me to Arlington to spend time with my family. Best family memories I have. I love you Uncle Jim. Rest in peace.

Jims passing leaves a huge hole in our hearts. As my best friend for 52 years I share many experiences with Jim, JoAnn, and his girls. The obituary does total justice to the man, the husband, the soldier, the father, the grandfather, and friend that he was to all he met. I look forward to seeing you again. Thanks for being my friend.
