James Stinson

Sad to hear of Mr. Stinson's passing. He taught a class at CSLA in the 80s on political ideology in film. I took it because it satisfied the requirement for political criticism..or something. Thanks to Mr. Stinson's animated and passionate presentation of the material, I was able to grasp a foreign concept to me, and actually enjoy learning. We feel blessed to have known Jim the short while we have - a caring, intelligent, talented man with a wonderful sense of humor. Sue, it was a delight getting to know him on the"genealogy trip' and on his special 70th birthday. He will be missed.
