My condolences to the family. I am sorry to hear about Jim's passing. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Jim was my baseball coach and I am proud to have played on 4 of his 5 state championship teams. He was an excellent instructor of the game and I learned more baseball from him than at any other level...including my brief professional baseball career . He was a strict taskmaster, fair and understanding. I am honored to know Jim and thankful for his help...

Dear Karen and family, Your brother was a very familiar name and person in our home growing up. He made so many contributions to the community and shared a tremendous bond of friendship with those who he knew. My dad and he worked closely together through various baseball organizations in Frederick County and Frederick City. He was well respected and admired. I feel fortunate to have known him and to have shared many sporting events with him. He has left a memorable legacy. Treva Siedling
