James Straayer

I met Jim when we were in junior high. We became friends and that friendship lasted through our high school tenure. I am sorry we lost touch afterwards as Jimmy was a bright, kind light in my young world. Best of all, he made me laugh. A lot! I am happy knowing he had a loving wife and family and was able to choose a life he wanted to live. It was a privilege to know him, even for that short bit of time and I will always carry the memory of that delightful boy in my heart.
