Mr. Stracener was unlike any other CEO type I have ever worked for- I came to TEC from a competitor after 10 years and never spoke with ownership at my previous company. Dan noticed that I drive a Jeep when I first started working for TEC and came right up to me (barely more than an entry level employee) knew me by name and started asking me questions about my Wrangler.
