Not sure what to say?

My father is vincent deveney mr. Sullivan loved my father. They worked with each other for years. Every time I waited, I'm Mr. Sullivan at Adam's place, he would make sure I tell him he said, hello, and of course, I did. We'll miss you, Mr. Sullivan. You were a good one to wait on

Emily, I am so sorry to hear that your husband suffered and passed. I am also sorry that I could not make it to the Wake or the mass. I have been reading here about the magnificent person that he was. How good for you and your family to have had such a husband and father--a gift! May God bless all of you. Please take care. Love, Lydia

Jim was a very special person, always listening to people's issues with empathy and understanding. He would seek me out and we would have friendly exchanges. I, along with many others, will always remember big Jim.

Rest in peace local plumbes r 55 brother

Dear Shannon, My sincere condolences to you and your family. May you find comfort in fond memories of great family times together.

I was accustomed to seeing Mr. Sullivan at Holy Cross for mass. He had an infectious smile and a twinkle in his Gaelic eyes. He would leave me with a saying that I have adopted as my own; "See you at the rail", meaning the Holy Communion. Wonderful man. Sorry about your Dad, Jimmy. Mike McGinn

Despite that Jim needed a wheelchair he showed up at the funeral service and the graveside of his friend Ed Esch.

Emily, you are in our thoughts and prayers. May he rest in peace.

Although we didn´t get to spend time together very often I considered Jim a good friend. We would talk about our Navy days & enjoyed reminiscing. Rest in peace old friend.
