James SWINNING III

Jim and I were close friends in high school. He was a wonderful trombone player. I had a Dixieland band and Jim was my first choice to ask to be a part of it. My first motorcycle ride was with on his Ducati motorcycle. We lost touch after he graduated a year ahead of me. I have often thought of him through the years and everytime I see a Ducati. I am saddened to see this obituary. The world was such a better place with him still in it.
