Read MoreI supervised Jim for 13 years and his work ethics were off the charts. He was extremely dedicated to going above and beyond to identify the perpetrator. He was a hard worker and I know he loved working around his home and taking extremely good care of his mother and family. I am saddened by his sudden passing.
