James T. "Jim" Taranto

When I knew Jim Taranto he was called Jimmy
we were childhood friends (and he had many) he was a amazing athlete and very charismatic individual. Loved by all! So sorry for his loss best wishes to his family.
Jimmy picked the best profession in being a teacher! He was a great role model and came from a wonderful family . Marge and Tom Taranto and his sister Judy have to be incredibly proud of all of the people he touched in his life time!

My prayers and condolences are offered for the family and for Jim.
I worked with Jim for over a decade as health and PE teacher at the Ridge and coach at the high school. My 3 daughters and my grandson were fortunate to have him as a teacher. They loved him and are very sad.
May Gods love comfort your grief.
