Not sure what to say?

Dear John and Jan,
My deepest sympathies are with you. Though I did not know James, I do vividly remember the many photographs of him that Maudie shared with great pride and love. I know she and Louis are now looking out after him.

James was a good friend to Nick... I just pray that somehow you find some comfort and peace. I am so sorry.

To the Tatham family,

We were so sorry to hear of the recent loss of James. We did not know him, but know that you have a guardian angel in heaven, looking down and guiding your every minute. Look up and talk to him, he loves you. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. (I work with Geoff and Ivan at FATS.)

On behalf of the staff of the Alaska Military Youth Academy, I offer my condolences for the loss of your son James. I was his English teacher and remember him well. Our hearts go out to you.
Dr. James Jones, Deputy Director

Jan, John and family ... There are truly no words to describe my heartfelt sorrow in the loss of your son. I remember James as a sweet, loving young boy hanging out with his parent's and Aunt Shelly at PIP. He was always very polite and well-mannered, but sometimes you could see that "little glint" in his eyes when he would smile and know he had a real zest for life in his soul.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. Our deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

John, Jan, Dave, Geoff and Family -

My condolences for your loss of James. Your family is in my prayers.

Although I never knew James as an adult, both Brian and Kelsey knew and loved him. I specifically remember James coming over to the house with Kels and Brian when he was younger and I was baking snickerdoodle cookies. He thought those were the best cookies he had ever eaten. Whenever I make snickerdoodles I always remember James thinking they were the best cookie ever.

My prayers and heartfelt sorrow to all of you. May God bless...
