Thanks,for sharing your stories because I am able to see another side to daddy. He is my hero and he loved me son much more than anyome could have been hugged,cared for and all his free time off the golf course he shared stories that are now the best memories a little girl could have dreamed of. I remember the day I ask daddy to teach me golf. Well he,said nope you have to big of a,handicap meaning that my chest was too much. That didn't stop me from asking every day until daddy ask me...

Jim was one of several attorneys that shared offices with me back in the late 60's. Always will remember his great smile, friendship, and annual birthday parties. My prayers and thoughts are with Jim's family.

For more than 30 years Jim had a great time in The Breakfast Club. In 2000 and 2001 he won our annual Fearless Predictions, but more importantly he won our friendship for his never ceasing optimism and sense of humor. He is now reunited in the Heavenly Breakfast Club with many old friends and can rejoice with Howard Barksdale. I am sure he is welcomed there by all and Jim will tell them to keep the coffee warm because we are all coming to join them.
