It was a great privilege and honor to be Mr.James M. Taylor's
caregiver.

In my nearly 50 years as a nuclear safety professional, I cannot recall any person that I admired more. Jim was a demanding, fair, and inspiring professional. In spite of his challenging positions, he was a caring, supportive person. Throughout his life, Jim kept his eye on the ball.

Sailor, rest your oars.

The staff at CPA Secure Aging all extend their gratitude for the opportunity to know Mr. Taylor. We were honored to serve him and send our condolences to his family.

I had the honor and privilege of working with Jim Taylor throughout his career at the NRC. I witnessed firsthand Jim's integrity and enthusiasm and dedication to nuclear safety. The hundreds of inspectors and staffers at the NRC who have been instilled with his safety perspective are his legacy. The nuclear industry and the public are better off because of Jim's demanding safety standards.

Jim was alwqays a great friend to everyone he knew, in addition to all his incomparable achievements. My earliest memories of him are from seventh grade, and eighth, when he and Walt Thomas and I used to get together at one another's homes to do homework together. - My sincerest condolences to his family. As a fellow member of the PHS Class of 1952, I witnessed Jim's academic excellence as well as contributions to school activities (choir, football, etc). Jim certainly continued these traits throughout his entire life. I consider it a privilege to have known a man of such excellence and achievements and extend my sincere sympathy to the family.
