I have worked for Raleys for 36 years as a meat cutter. First time I met Jim Teal in the early 90's he was sharply dressed and stood at a window and watched me cut meat for several minutes. I came to the door to meet him and he reached his hand, white pressed shirt, cuff links and I said to him I was to bloody to shake his hand. He grabbed my arm and shook my hand. He said he didn't care about his shirt, he cared about his employees. Jim was a good man and everything I saw him after that...
