Not sure what to say?

Jan, Patrick and Jordan,
I am so heartbroken to hear about Jim's death. My memories of visiting with you all in St. Louis so many years ago are so happy. I loved your dad. You are all in my heart and prayers during this difficult time. Jesse thought so much of his uncle Jim.

Patrick and Jordan, I am so sorry for your loss. Although we haven't gotten to spend as much time together as we may like, I have always had a special affection for your Dad. When he would enter the room, it just lit up and everything seemed to be more fun. Both of you have the best of your Dad and you will always have him with you. I wish I could be there with you during this horrible time, but know that I am in my heart.

Jan,
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories of Jim bring you comfort.

My Dearest Janet, Patrick, Jordan and Family,

I know how much you and Jimmy loved and adored each other. I hope the warmth and strength of that memory will help you through these very sad times. Jimmy was a good soul, always had a great sense of humor, a special passion for life and a profound love for his family and friends.
Janet, at times like this the closer we get to God, we gain power to meet the most difficult experiences in this life.

Jan, I'm so sorry for the loss of your dear husband! My heart cries for all of you. Hold tight to each other, and hold the wonderful memories you shared close.

Jan, my very deepest sympathy to you and your sons for the loss of your dear husband and their father. Even though we haven't been in touch in these past years, I still think of you and your family often.

Dear Patrick, Jordan and Jan,
I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was a great guy very kind and loving man. His smile and personality would light up the room. He will be very missed. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Jordan and Patrick, I'm so sorry. Your loss is beyond loss...I don't even have a word for it.

This quote seems especially meaningful today:

"Perhaps the real heart within us is not just a pump. Perhaps the real heart within us is about love and faith. Perhaps the physical body is not who we really are. Perhaps we are these invisible souls walking around. And the body is just an instrument or metaphor for something we are trying to learn".

I've attached a photo...

Jan, Jim was special.
We spent many hours together behind the wheel of an automobile.
My memories will be of a great guy, hard working, honest and one who always tried to do the right thing.
My prayers are with you Jan and the boys, he will be missed.
