Not sure what to say?

James was a wonderful person.

Shirley and family-James was a very special person. He will be missed by
everyone that knew him. He was such
an inspiration and a gentleman.
He now rests in peace looking down upon
all of us. God Bless-Ken and Elena David

Aunt Barbara,
Helen Ann and Gene contacted me in regards to James' death. I hadn't had the opportunity to meet James until a year ago this past summer. I am sure that we met as young people, but when some of us cousins got together 1 1/2 years ago, visiting with James was like I had always known him. I felt like I had known him all his life. Was looking forward to visiting with "the Cousins" again in the very near future. We will ALL meet again one day Love to you, Mina Lee...

We are blessed to have known James Thacker as a good friend and a gentleman. He will surely be missed.

Dear Shirley (and family) ,

As we all knew, James was a pillar in our Community (particularly in Blue Lake). He was also a mentor and a servant to everyone he met, willing to help others unconditionally. We will miss him for now, but look forward to seeing him again in Heaven.

Love, Alan & Nanci Radford

With special thoughts for Barbara, Shirley, Jeannie and Tom. James' legacy has made us all that much more proud to be Thackers. Many memories of growing up with our cousins Jeannie, Jamie and Tommy will remain with me always. Love to you all.

We'll always be thankful for all the help he gave my mother, Mary Taylor throughout the years. She really enjoyed the poker games at the Blue Lake fire house. We enjoyed our contact with Jim Throughout the years. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Our prayers and thughts are with you at this sad time.

Dennis & Gerry Taylor

To Shirley and the whole Thacker family and to the comunity of Blue Lake what a great loss. Jamie was one in a million. Always there to help wherever needed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Lv Mike and Carol {Genzmer} Combs
