Tharpe, James Edward, 77, passed away October 12, 2002, of Vallejo (11 yrs), formerly of Pinole since 1957. Former Owner of 3 Brothers Union 76 in Pinole. A Celebration of Life service will be held Thurs., Oct. 17th at 11:30 AM at Wilson & Kratzer Chapel of the Mission Bells, (510) 232-6552.
