WOW! I remember when Commissioner Thomas first joined the IWCC family! He would come across as being stern, tough but I would get him to smile some. For my office baby shower her bought my daughter her communion dress & 1st silverware. I remember him bringing his oldest daughter to work! Sleep on Commissioner, take your rest. Jim was a good friend and golfing buddy. We so enjoyed our golf trips to various places across the Country. Jim was a serious family man, friend and humanitarian. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. My sincere condolences to the family and friends.
