Not sure what to say?

I will always cherish the memories I have of Bishop Thompson. He was one of my istructors in Bible college, as well as a counselor when I needed one. His legacy will live on as a strong leader. Mother Thompson, natural family and spiritual family, let the precious memories comfort you, and continue to build on the strong foundation that Bishop Thompsom laid.

Bishop James O.Thompson was my uncle before he was my uncle (meaning) my Dad & Bishop were brothers before the marriage of the Late Aunt Herietta Thompson. I loved and respected Bishop for his smart business head, yet he kept you in laughter with his jokes even the corny ones.
Bishop had a big sweet heart and will be greatly missed.

Bishop has been such a positive inspiration in my life. There's not a day that passes that I haven't thought about him and the principles that he instilled in me during my years at T.E.T Christian Academy. He was a man of great dedication and integrity. I will miss my mentor, spiritual father and friend. I'm forever grateful to our heavenly Father for allowing me to have come into fellowship with Bishop Thompson. He is a ture warrior for the Kingdom of God.

Grace &...

I first met Bishop Thompson when Jabari was 4yrs old that was 20 yrs ago. Then he stongly believed and held fast to what he believed in and he never fell from his belief. I didn't always agree with him but I did always admire him.

What a great Pastor, teacher, role model and friend!!! We will always remember and cherish the solid foundation that was laid for our Christian growth by Bishop James Thompson.

Mother Thompson, Michael, Jimmy, Carolyn & Clarence, we know you miss him but thank God for the beautiful memories of times shared both with the natural family and the spiritual family.

We loved him and will miss him also. Our prayers are with you as well as with the Truth...
