Not sure what to say?

Jason and I started our careers teacher the afternoon session at Ludlow High School. We had lots of the same interests and we loved discussing them at our Friday night Happy Hours at the Polish Club. We both left teaching but stayed close and followed each other starting our families. He was a salt of the earth kind of guy. I remember him telling me about his trip to the Kentucky Derby and how that was so special to him. The world misses his service to society and his family. ...

I went to Saint John the Baptist grammar school with Jason and we then reconnected as teachers at Ludlow High.He was also the lawyer who wrote my Will -a very brilliant guy! The funniest memory was that he was my New Years Eve date in December of 1961 at Tommy Rick son´s house on the hill next to where we went to grammar school. A good God fearing man

Dear Kathy, Sean and Katlyn,
Pat and I are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Those of us who knew him in college at Georgetown knew him as a person of integrrity, compassion and warmth. He was funny, compassionate, and committed to the principles of equal justice and equality of opportunity. There was nothing that he wouldn't do for a friend.

It is gratifying to read the many entries in this guest book and see that he retained these commitments throughout his life....

Dear Kathy and family - I was so sorry to learn just this week of Jim's passing last Spring. He was a great friend in college, and it is hard to believe he is no longer with us. All of us who knew Jim at Georgetown remember him as brilliant, warm, funny, and a very serious student, and also a man of the highest moral caliber. It is good to read that Jim continued his success in the fields of law, teaching and community service after college, but none of us who knew him at Georgetown...

To the family of Jason Thompson my heartfelt sympathy and condolences.it was sad to hear of the passing of a good friend
of mine from St John the Baptist grammar school. I still remember the days in summer when we played baseball or football at Whitney park.May you rest in peace my friend sincerely Dennis Syriac

I was very sad to hear of Jason's passing. He was a wonderful man and a great lawyer. He was always so helpful and genuine. Jason was counsel to my whole family: grandparents, parents and myself. When he was young my mom Jeanne (Tondreau) Lata walked him to school. So sorry for your loss.

Dear Mrs.Thompson, I was reading the Register and learned of Mr. Thompson's passing. I was stunned and so sadden to hear this. I had not heard till now and I so wish I had come by to pay my respects. He was my teacher,my lawyer and my friend. He was so kind to us during several difficult occasions and you both have always held a special place in my life and the lives of my children. I wish you comfort and healing and so many wonderful memories. My thoughts are with you and your children and...

Dear Kathy, Sean and Katelyn, I was so sorry to hear of your husband/dad's sudden death. Although I never met him, it is clear from his obituary that he had done so many nice things for people. He clearly left a mark on many hearts. My deepest sympathy to all of you. Kathy Contant Murphy
