Not sure what to say?

It is amazing it has been 8 years since this terrible loss. I marvel on how strong your family continues to be since then.

I was a grade school classmate of Jim's at Nativity grade school. I remember him very well, he was such a kind person. I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my husband in 1995; how hard it is, I know.
Sincerely, Barbara (O'Brien) Loring

Dear Mrs. Thuente:
May I express to you and your family
my sorrow over the loss of your husband,
Jim. I grew up and still live in our family home which was very close to Jim's boyhood home. I will always remember his wonderful smile, twinkling eyes and gracious manner. He was truly a special, gentleman. Know that Jim, you and your family are in my prayers.
Sincerely,
James H. Marrinan

Fr Frank informed me of your loss. I remember you folks from childhood - having grown up across Lincoln Ave from you. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I always enjoyed talking to Jim at our Cretin class reunions. He had a great personality and was always smiling.
We're so sorry for your loss.

Colleen, I first met Jim in high school and was always dazzled by his laser blue eyes. I would see him at least once a year to make a purchase at Moellers, never a large one, but, you never would have known that from the way I was treated by Jim. I was fortunate to have known him. My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family

Colleen and family, We were sorry to hear about Jim. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Cecilia and Hal Kranick and family, Traverse City, Michigan

Dear Colleen and family,

We have been meaning to send a note ever since we found out in the last year about Jim's illness. I was born and raised in St. Paul and return often to see my family, and now live in Bethesda, MD. In 1993, we purchased our engagement/wedding rings from Jim when he was with Moeller Jeweler in Highland. My ring needed to be sized and Jim kindly delivered my adjusted ring to my parents' home in Highland the day they were leaving to come to Bethesda for our...

When you were born you cried and the world rejoiced.

Live your life in such a way that when you die the world cries and you rejoice.

Godspeed, Jim Thuente and may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Colleen, our deepest sympathies to you and your family.
