Not sure what to say?

Fr. Taol baptized my children, he had a wonderful wit. I will always remember him; he was so kind to everybody.

You baptized me. You married us. You buried your good friend Gene thirty years ago next month. You baptized our three children. You buried our Tony. You have always been a part of our lives, and we loved you dearly. I'm sorry we didn't get to say goodbye. We'll miss you! Slainte! Moe xo

Fr Toal,
I always looked forward to the Masses that you celebrated at St Charles. It was an honor to be present at your 50th aniversery Mass that I clearly remember.
I want thank you again as I did in person for all that you did in our Lord's service.
I have and will continue to pray for you and I ask that you pray for all of us that you have touched.
May God Bless you always, Fr Toal.

God bless Fr Jim Toal. You were such a dear friend to me and my family for many years. P.J. Joyce and Family

Our deepest sympathy to the family of Fr. Toal especially Malachy, Bernard and family and Charlie and family. Your brother was a fine priest and we had several occasions when he said Mass for special occasions within the family. Special memories are when we came to Californa to visit Disneyland in 1979. He invited us to his home and also took the children one day. They liked the music he played on the radio. He knew someone at Universal Studios and we went to see a show there. He was...

I knew you from our Fitness Class. Your kind nature, bright smile and clever wit shall always remain. You were a bright spot in the day. It was an honor to have known you. We shall all miss you.

My memories of Father Toal are many
and fond ones. He was kindness to all
whom he served and he served graciously
and without cost to himself. Those who
knew him loved him and he will be missed. God be kind to your soul,
Father Jim.

Thank you and Bless you, Father Toal, You have been a wonderful priest, a great friend to us Sisters of Providence and constant promoter of the Mission of Providence. You will be missed!

Rev. James TOAL was a priest that lived what it means to be a priest: one who is in touch with the persons he served, one who was a prayerful priest and one who would come to minister upon request, even if it was in the middle of the night. He was a gentle man of conviction and faith. God Bless you, Father, and rest now in peace.
