I first worked with Jimmy when I was a Salem Police Officer and he was with the Botetourt Sheriff's Dept. We both later on in our careers ended up as Commissioned Law Enforcment Officers at the airport where we worked together alot.
He was a great guy, a friend to everyone and a kind and wonderful officer. I truly enjoyed working with him.
