I met Jim when I first worked at Oppenheimer Industries Inc in 1971. Jim handle many of the legal matters of the company and I became the general counsel. He was very helpful to me and guided me with a gentle voice, intelligence, and experience. I thought of him many times over the years. I am very sorry for your loss and hope his memories throughout the years will bring you comfort. Always, Barbara Hecht
