James Parker "Jimmy" Trivette

6/3/11 I just learned of "Daddy" Trivette's passing. I am so sad and sorry. He was a great man. I was a friend of his daughter Karen growing up and was always made to feel welcome in their house. He and "Mama" Trivette were like a second mother and father for my sister and myself. I remember that he was always smiling, always had a joke and a kind heart. Heaven's gain is our loss. I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Jimmy's death. I regret that I will be unable to attend the memorial service but will be keeping all of you close in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
