Dear Jill and family, My deepest sympathy to you in the loss of Dr. Tshirhart. He was truly a great surgeon and a most compassionate doctor- and many of us were blessed to work with him. He always had great respect for his patients and all the staff he worked with and we had the most respect for him as well. I will not forget his smile and I pray that God will give you peace in some of your great memories. He will be missed

I am so sorry for the loss of what, surely, was a great man. Unfortunately, I never knew him, though I do know one of his daughters - Emily. Knowing how charismatic her personality is, how friendly and warm-hearted she is, lends me a glimpse as to what James was like. Thank you, James, for helping to guide such a beautiful woman into the world - one that has really blessed me and undoubtedly others. It seems your legacy will live on in many ways. Rest in peace.
