Tuck was a great leader and teammate. There are things I use in my coaching that was taught to me by Jim 30 years ago. Prayers of comfort and peace to his family.

To the Family of Jim Tucker,
I had the privilege of working for Jim at SNET as a supervisor in the sales call center, which he managed. Jim proved himself to be a motivational, trusted, and inspirational manager. He fostered teamwork, frequently using baseball analogies to communicate and true to Jim’s nature we were successful on both a global and individual performance level. Jim’s words of wisdom shaped my ability to supervise then, and continue to shape my life today. I...

Dear Tucker Family
I am so sorry for your loss.
I knew you’d dad years ago and have such fond memories of him being a fun and kind, always welcoming everyone with a big smile!
My heart goes out to all of you.

I hadn’t seen Jim in quite a while. We both worked together at SNET. I was just informed of his passing today. He was a great athlete! I got to play golf with him and man, he could hit it a ton! He had a great smile, too! So sorry to hear that he has passed away. May God bless you and your family at this sad time.

So sorry I loved your dad he was a great guy ❤❤❤

Jim was my JV coach for my Freshmen season at Eastern. He taught a bunch of 18 year old kids away from their parents for the first time how to grow up and act like men. He was an incredible leader who I enjoyed seeing at the alumni golf tournaments and having a few laughs with. I am very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

I’m so sad to hear about Jimmys passing. We were locker buddies for 4 years in MHS and every period he had my locker opened for me. Wonderful friend. Heartfelt thoughts to all his family and friends. RIP my friend

To The Tucker Family,
Please accept our condolences and sympathies. We are all going to miss Coach Tuck so much. He was such a positive and supportive influence on all the Softball Girls of Newington. He was always willing to sacrifice his time and help Hannah and anyone else who needed guidance. He was always very happy and proud when coaching and talking about his girls and his beautiful new granddaughter. We are here if you need anything.
