Jim lived here at the Westerly Apartments for about 18 months, during that time I had many encounters with him. He was always a gentleman, very soft spoken and polite. He loved to ride his bike around Lakewood. He will be missed here. Please accept our Sympathy and Prayers on the loss of your brother and uncle.
