Not sure what to say?

Laura, Susan has written you a note to your home but I also wanted to express my sincerest condolences. You and Jimmy were wonderful neighbors. I have very fond memories of living next door to you guys, and watching college basketball with Jimmy. Best wishes, Skip Heaps

Dear Laura and boys,
I was shocked and saddened to read the Herald Leader that day. I recall the happy days at 415 Transylvania so many years ago and pray for you all at this time.
Kindly,
lin klopman whitley

JIMMY AND I CAME TO KNOW ONE ANOTHER THROUGH THE MANY LONG HOURS WE WORKED TOGETHER ON THE NIGHTMARE THAT WAS THE ROUTE 3 JOB (URS).FROM THAT EXPERIENCE, I LEARNED THAT HE WAS ONE OF THE FEW PEOPLE I KNOW, WHO COULD SMILE, LAUGH AND FIND HUMOR IN THE FACE OF GREAT ADVERSITY. ON JULY 13TH 2006 I ALSO HAD SURGERY TO REMOVE A BRAIN TUMOR. THANK GOD, I AM DOING FINE. I PRAYED FERVENTLY FOR JIMMY TO THE END. I CRIED WHEN I HEARD OF HIS PASSING. MY PRAYERS WILL NOW FOCUS ON YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN....

I'm so sorry for your loss...Jimmy has a great spirit and will carry on in the hearts and minds of family and friends.

To Laura and Jimmy's family,
Just wanted to express my sympathy for your loss. It's been decades, but I remember Jimmy as being such a down-to-earth, absolutely likable guy. Peace.

Laura,
Altho we haven't seen you in years we stay in touch thru your Mother and Dad.
We just want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Irene and Alan Bloomfield

to the family:
I am so sorry for your loss, and will be praying for you in the days to come. I went to school with Jimmy here in Lexington. Much love and prayer.

I lived next door to the Utterback's for years. I knew Jimmy as a youngster and all of the family. I am saddened by their loss.

Even though I did not know James very well, I was always impressed with his friendliness and kindness toward others.I'm sure he was proud of his family and he appeared to be a devoted father and husband. I'd like to express my condolences to the family. Joanne Reynolds (mother of Amanda Reynolds)
