Not sure what to say?

Jim lived across the street from us
in Cresta Verde. I was alway fond of
Jim and had great respect for him.
He was a man of integity and honesty. I am sure his family will
greatly miss this precious man.

I was introduced to Jim in the late 1960's by my father Tom Evans, Sr. while dad was an Investigator with the Riverside County District Attorneys Office. I was always greatly impressed by him and soon became friends as most who met Jim did. I Started my career as a Reserve Police Officer with the City of Corona in 1974 and worked for Jim in Patrol Division and Investigations until his retirement in 1985. The experiences we all shared as Police Officers with Jim, good and bad as our...

I am saddened to learn of Jim's passing. He remained an inspiration to me throughout my career in law enforcement. Jim always maintained a calm demeanor in the face of any adversity and was well respected by all. He was truely a "Man's man" by any standard.

Jim,
Thanks for everything...
Love to you ,,forever

Here's to the tears of friendship,
may they cystallize and fall
To be worn as the gems of remembrance,
for all those that we love
Wear them as if they were deamonds,
hang them like stares in the sky
They'll be the eyes that are watching,
waiting for you in the night

Short is the time we have,
stars come and go so fast.

I want to thank all of you for sharing your special memories of Dad. It really helps knowing how much he was loved by his friends and family. The Utah online guest book has some nice postings too, here is the site: www.maglebymortuary.com

This Guest Book will be up for 1 year, and I will be posting updates on Storm and pictures.

HAPPY TRAILS!!!!!

I am glad to have known Jim. From the first day that we met he has always been honest and a stand up guy. He has had a tremendous impact on my life as well as his daughters and grand children. He was interested in so many different things and made an effort to grasp spiritual things. He would always share his views and experiences on life with me and those lessons will not soon be forgotten. I will always remember Jim as a kind and decent fellow. He was one of the good guys. I know Jim to be...

My Uncle,
I will always remember his humor and his laughter. He was a wonderful Uncle and Great Uncle to Zachary and MaKayla.
He loved to share his outdoor adventures with anyone that would listen. He did live the dream alot of us would love to live. Being one with nature, by exploring the great outdoors and the American West. Thanks for the memories Uncle Jim.
You will be missed and loved forever.
Your Fav. Neice

My Brothers passing and my feelings of a deep loss ,are tempered by my thinking he is out checking the trail we will all follow, and looking for a good spot.

I first met Jim Valle when he started his law enforcement career with Corona PD. We worked the night shift and became good friends. Even thou I moved away from Corona, we still kept in touch thuout the passing years. This past summer, we were able to connect back in Corona and once again enjoyed the friendship that we developed years ago.I will miss Jim greatly. I have lost a friend that I valued. Jim was one of my best friends and I will never forget him.
