Not sure what to say?

Jim was a great person who cared about the kids of Lebanon and west Lebanon. He will be missed by all .

Rest in peace Jim.You will always be remembered for being such a great guy.

Dear Jim, We first met on a basketball court in the late 1960s. The Upper Valley was one quaint community other than Lebanon and Hartford were fierce rivals in sports, and we were on opposing teams. Somehow, we developed a friendship from the beginning that has lasted through the years. You were an incredible athlete, but more important you were an incredible person. We didn't see each other often enough, but when we did, it was like living the best years of our younger lives over...

We were so sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. We know Jim from his days working at Campions. Our deepest sympathy.

I first met Jimmy playing soccer in a summer league. He was always friendly, always with a sense of humor and a smile. Although we were never close friends, we always greeted each other with warmth and a smile over the decades we knew one another. That was Jimmy, solid, reliable, salt and of the earth. There was no mold when they made him. He was the mold. That he stood on principle when the CCBA changed policy, that was Jimmy, kids first. I miss you my friend as will the city you loved and...

Tim and Tina Martin This heartbreaking news deeply saddends us. Tim grew up near the CCB. He spent a lot of time with Jim as Jim watched him grow up. They become good friends. Jim was family to us. He was a very special and kind person, truly one of a kind. We will miss him deeply and cherish his memory forever. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family ar this difficult time.

So sad to hear this news. I was blessed to know Jim for most of my life. I spent many an hour at the CCB. You would always be greeted by Jim's big smile and a hug. Our family also spent a lot of time with him playing softball and many other sports over the years. Rest easy my friend, you were loved by many.

I will miss Jim, I remember moving up from New York and meeting Jim as we played on the same baseball team at Lebanon, I played short, Jim played second base and we certainly turned a few double plays together, I remember my Junior year, Jim's Senior year, we were playing Merrimack Valley High School, we were winning and they had a runner on first, ground ball to Jim, he chose to tag the runner as he was passing, the runner made a fist a swung as he went buy and hit Jim Square in the mouth,...

Known the Vainer family since I was in elementary school. Jim was a good guy, Pat Walsh, one of me heroes, is certainly chatting with Jim now and comparing notes about CCB.
