As a recent resident at Queens Oaks, I enjoyed the opportunity to get to know Jim through our activities on the home owner's board. It was a joy to be in his company and I know he will be missed by all of you. A little over 3 years ago, I lost my wife, Carol, to pancreatic cancer. I am sure that your friends will provide the support needed to confront the realities of your loss.

You were are first friends and the best that any one could have. We think of you often and miss our fun times. I had the honor of working with Jim through my employment with Bank of America. He is highly regarded not just for the work that he did but for how he did it. He cared about the people he provided appraisals for. He had integrity, humility and compassion. You all are blessed,

My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Jim was a very special person and performed his job responsibilities well! Irilla, it was a great shock to find out about Jim-and a reminder of how we all so often fail to maintain contact. As best I can recall, he was the first friend I ever had. Yvonne and I are so sorry for your loss, and we will keep you in our prayers.
