Not sure what to say?

Just learned belatedly if Jim's passing. My condolences to the family of an associate at Control Data/Ceridian for several years. He will be long remembered as a very capable and professional colleague.

Jim is fondly remembered, even these many years after his passing. He was a wonderful friend, mentor and a very wise man. I miss him to this day and am immeasurably richer in so many ways for having the privilege of his friendship.

May God bless you with eternal peace and happiness in the kingdom of heaven.

I just learned of Jim's untimely departure. I worked with Jim for many years and enjoyed many great conversations, meetings and plenty of good times. Jim was a great asset to Ceridian and will be missed. I will keep Jim and his family in my prayers.

I lost two family members in 2010 and now I've just now learned about Jim in March of 2011. He was a mentor and a coach, but presented himself as a friend who just happened to have some of the answers you were looking for. I'm so sorry to hear the lose another great man.

Jim & I worked together for many years and we had many enjoyable & fun filled times. He was always ragging me about the Redskins & I would respond about the Bears. We still exchanged email jabs about our teams. He was a great friend and will be missed. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Carolyn and family, our deepest sympathies go out to you. I was very saddened to hear of Jim's passing at Church this morning. I know he was a wonderful husband and dad.

Our family will miss the hi neighbor and waves he always gave as we zoomed by in a hurry to some event. We will keep your family in our prayers.

Patrice and Wayne Johnsen and girls, Sleepy Hollow, IL

We were so sorry to get your sad news, Christa. Losing someone you love is not easy and our hearts go out to you now and in the days ahead.
Your dad certainly sounds like a man we would have loved to have known. Alta spoke of him often when you were at Palmer.
Our love and sympathy to you and your family.

Jim was always there for us...
He came across the street to help when I was checking on our house being built 24 years ago.
He mowed our lawn when I was sick, and shoveled the snow when I broke my ribs last winter.
He always had a joke and a shady place to sit on a hot summer day, and we'll miss his funny e-mails.
He was a wonderful friend and neighbor - we were blessed to have known him.
I'm sure he's enjoying his walks around heaven...
