My deepest sympathy, thought's and prayers are with Otis and his family.He was a wonderful and kind hearted person.
I have many wonderful memories of Otis, especially the time we played tackle football in the snow at Landry Field in Winooski during the winter.
Otis is at peace and looking down on us all with that big smile of his.
