Not sure what to say?

I remember Jim from a very young age when he lived in Park Hill. He was my first cousin and mentor from our early times in the early 50's on. I always admired his Colorado Mountain Club dedication, his thirst for knowledge, his genuine care for others and his willingness to help them in any way he could, and his dedication to the practice of law and participation in so many state, local and national bar association activities. Warm Embrace Arrangement

Katie, Sarah and family! I am so sorry to hear about your father's passing. He was a kind and wonderful man that I enjoyed working with for many years! May he rest on peace!

Jim: I am so glad we had an opportunity to renew our mutual interests in 2022 at your offices, at which time you and I shared our personal experiences with strokes. It has been a pleasure knowing you all these many years as a fellow T&E practitioner and member of ACTEC. May you rest in peace.

My deepest sympathies to the families. Sarah and Katie, I have many fond memories of working with your father. He was such a kind man and a true gentleman.

We soon discovered a mutual interest in birds, theatre, and movies and began enjoying outings together. When my grandfather, Clarence Daly, died, as the eldest surviving male heir, I assumed responsibility for managing his estate. With Jim´s sound advice we were able to reorganize a diverse set of investments and assets into trust accounts, which eventually dispersed to...

Rest in Peace Brother Jim! You were a great brother and friend I will always remember you with love and respect! Now you can soar with the eagles!
