Dear Uncie ~
Thank you for always taking care of the children who came into your life. I will always cherish the memories of Darlene and I piling into your car for our multiple trips to the ice cream store. We always got one for Cookie, too. I will miss you tremendously.

One of my favorite memories of Uncie was when Darlene and I would work the craft shows for Dorothy Polgar. Dar and I would be in her car and Uncie would follow in his truck with all the crafts filled to the top. He would be so happy with us when we called him to say that we sold everything and he didn't have to worry about picking us up. I thought those days would last forever. Now it is just a bittersweet memory. Love
