James Ray "Cotton" Walker

Cotton was a family friend who grew up with my Dad, Eugene "Spikey" Willoughby on the Southside of Paducah growing up. I became friends when in junior high at Reidland when he was principal. Great guy & friend who will be missed. I met him again many years after we both retired when he came back to Paducah & attended the Southside men's get together which I was in charge of. We relived memories of him growing up with my Dad then me in school. Love to attend Celebration of Life.

Lots and lots of memories of "Cotton". All of them good and he will be missed for sure. My condolences to Jane and the rest of the family.
