I was saddened to learn yesterday of Jim's passing. I had know Jim for almost 30 years since my days caring for the organ at Knox Presbyterian as an employee of Balcom and Vaughan. I have enjoyed having several of his organ CDs in my listening library. We spoken on the phone often. His cheerful disposition, introspection, thoughtfulness, and musicianship will be missed! Godspeed in your new journey Jim.
