Not sure what to say?

I first met Jim while teaching school with his first wife, Kitty. Upon her passing I had hoped that he again would find a partner to share his life.It saddened me to read of his passing. Sending my sympathy to his family.

Jim was always helpful to me in drafting legislation when I worked for the State House. He was devoted to his job and those he loved.

I met Jim when we started Dickinson School of Law in 1960. A few years later we served together in the PA Army National Guard. Jim will always be remembered for his expertise in the Legislative Reference Bureau, his professional career and his wit and humor, particularly his W.C. Fields impersonation. My wife, Mary, and I send our deepest sympathies to his wife and son and to his extended family. He will be missed by many in many ways. Rest in peace Jim.

Jim was a great guy and a valued friend. I first met him when he was the Associate Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau, the "crafters" of legislation as to correctness to existing law. I appreciated his advice and relied on him on many occasions. My heartfelt sympathy to his wife Tawna and his family as they mourn his...

I extend my sympathy to Jim's family. It was always a pleasure to visit Jim in his official role in the Legislative Reference Service. He was a professional and a gentleman and I always enjoyed our conversation over common interests. May Jim rest in peace.

I enjoyed working with Jim. A good man. He will be missed.

Sorry to see of Jim's passing...we were acquainted through my work in Pa. State government...Jim was always a gentlemen and a mentor. RIP and condolences to his family. Dave Washburn

I served with Jim in the 28th Division JAG . I would see him at Planet Fitness on a regular basis and we would always have some interesting political discussions. Sorry to see him pass and my sympathies to his family.
