Not sure what to say?

Dear Nancy,

Although I didn't know Jim until later in life, he was a joy of a person. Please accept my deepest condolences - he will be missed even by those who didn't know him very well. May God sustain you through these sad times. I would have contacted you sooner, but only today learned of his death. God bless, Mary Eisenhower

To the Walsh family, ALthough I didn't really know Gep as an adult, I have vivid memories of his presence in the Higgins family during ur childhoods. His mother Nancy was one of my mother's very best friends and I always looked forward to her visits. Gep was a friendly, happy presence, like his mother, in my memory. So sorry to hear the sad news of his passing.

Dear Walsh Family,
Jim was an inspiration. In 1991 when The Institute for Labor Studies did the Kansas City Labor History tour, Jim helped us immensely to retrieve information about his grandfather Frank Walsh who is one of the featured heroes in the tour. He provided family photos and documents for our research and participated in the tour. His contributions are on our web page.
