Jim was a great guy. I always enjoyed talking with him. He was a dedicated volunteer who will certainly be miss by all. I credit Jim with helping me obtain the loan to by the Karlovetz Mortuary back in 1993.

Jim was a wonderful civic leader, and Gentleman in the truest sense of the word. Anyone that ever knew him, or was touched in some way in their life by him are blessed. Sincerest sympathy to his family, his 'Croghan Family', and all his friends. RIP~Mr.Walter.
