Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. I was in the Boy Scouts with Jimmy while in middle school (Goodwyn Jr High)and went to Lee High with him as well. We lost touch after high school and only by the Lord's hand did I happen to see the obituary in the Birmingham news. My prayers are for the family and the good news that Jimmy is with our Lord and savior. Jay S. Carnathan (Birmingham, AL)

Cindy, how saddened we were to hear of your loss. Be assured you and the family are in our prayers. You know how much you and all your family mean to us. we seriously want to be there with you, but will just have to be in Spirit today. Cannot make the service but hope you feel our arms of love and consolation around you all. Bro. Rex & Miss Doris were so loved by our family, as well as all you children. Many of the saints he pastored in Shorterville, are gone now, but, we that remain...

To the whole family our hearts are with you and our prayer are for you. Cindy we are so sorry for your loss and can never know what you are going through . Hope and Haley we know your loss we have been through it ourselves and are here if you need us. We love all of you and we will all miss Jimmy very much and know he is with the Lord! Rest now dear friend.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I did not know of his battle with cancer until recently..Jimmy was a wonderful and kind friend during our years at Calvary Baptist in Dothan. He was always upbeat about everything in life and made the world a better place. We went on a mission trip to Mason,Ohio and he showed all of us his Love for the Lord . Such happy memories and a blessing to have known him.God Bless your family in this hour of sorrow and please know that our prayers are with you.Joy...

Jimmy was a strong man.I have never know a man who was so courageous during such a difficult battle. He loved life, and lived it to the fullest. He used his gifts, talents, faith, and sense of humor as his witness. He knew who held the future...and he trusted Him. And he had a wife who was the most loving & faithful caregiver I have ever known. I have learned so much from you both.
I am truly blessed to call you my friends.
With much love & heartfelt prayers,

Wonderful memories of Jimmy's outrageous humor and huge heart flood my mind. I'm so sorry for this loss. Sending thoughts and prayers.

So sorry, Jimmy was such a great guy. I know he is rejoicing with his Lord. God Bless
