Dear Family:
I would like to express my deepest sympathy to you. Dr. Waters assisted me with graduate studies. I was an oboe performance major way back in the late 70’s. He was an immense help to me, even though I did not complete my studies at Kent, I have fond memories of my musical studies, performing in the different ensembles, and the talks with Dr.Waters.
