Not sure what to say?

I learned so much from him while at SOPP. His work for gifted individuals helped me with my own children and continues to help with my clients. Even though its been over 30 years since I was at SOPP, his impact is still making a difference in my life. My condolences to his family.

Im so sorry for your loss. I just saw him at the Broward Gifted Conference two years ago. He was so inspirational to me.

Jim and I grew up together .. we were cousins.. he was the most kind and generous person one would ever want to know and I will always treasure his presence in my life.. heartbroken by his loss..a truly wonderful person

Thank you for brightening the world with your presence and for shining a light on the gifted community at large.

Very saddened to hear. Jim was my mentor many years ago at SOPP. I remember doing IQ testing on his daughters as part of my training. He encouraged my career and we even published a paper together. I still use his book on the MMPI in my practice. My heartfelt sympathy to his family.

Jim has helped countless individuals (including me) with his gentle manner in providing much needed support for parents, educators, and children. He made the world a better place, and he will be greatly missed.

I met Dr. Webb over 30 years ago at the annual Los Angeles City/County Gifted Conference where he was a participant favorite. But mostly, he was a friend to me as well as the Los Angeles USD GATE staff, past and present. It is hard to think of the conference without him. Dr. Webb will be missed. My condolences to Janet and the family. LaRoyce Bell, LAUSD GATE Coordinator, Ret.

I had dinner with Jim and his wife at the SENG Conference in San Diego on July 21 talking to him about how to help the gifted elder. Im inspired by his resilience and persistence. He will be missed.

I am saddened beyond words to think that such a wonderful human being, one who actively devoted himself to the plight of gifted and talented persons, is no longer with us. One of the joys of my own life was counting him not simply as a writing colleague but as a genuine friend. I will miss Jim the rest of my days.
