I only knew Jim for a short time but he made a big impression on me, I still think of him often. He was a special person. I feel very blessed to have known him.

I had the honor to be coached by Mr. Webster and play on the same team with Jamie Hosford (1970 football)He was the only sheriff to pick me up hitch-hiking with out getting in trouble.

I just found out the devastating news that Coach Webster passed away. Coach really served as my adoptive father as I progressed through RJH and Creston, since I didn't have a father growing up. Coach counseled me after school and told me things that I didn't want to hear at the time. He was one of those people that came into my life at the right time and saved me from myself. Coach was a great teacher and football coach. The year I played, we weren't very good, but he remained positive and...

Coach Webster was my father while I grew up. Coach was a great mentor and changed my life. I lost my father when I was little. Coach somehow found out about this and took me under his arm. I loved that man. The Websters had me to dinner at their house near RJH and Mr. & Mrs. Webster counseled me through some tough times. When I learned of Coach's passing, a part of me passed away too. What a great man. All of us respected him greatly. He fought for us every day.
