I knew Jamie as a child and remember him being such a sweet child. My thoughts are with his family, including Michele, Al, Bob , Carol, and his family I've not met. All can be proud of the legacy he left behind. My heart is with his wife and son and I hope they find comfort in knowing he will always love them and will be in their hearts forever.

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of Jamie. I was lucky to have had the chance to know Jamie from being a fellow graduate from Buffalo class of 87. I'll be praying for his wife and son. I hope the love and prayers that you're receiving will help you through this difficult time.

Mr. Wellman took good care of us at WHHS. I remember him referring to his students as his kids and I'm sure we all miss our Papa Cougar. May he and his loved ones find peace in the time following his passing.
