James Arnold Whitlock

James was born on February 8, 1937 and passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018. James was a resident of Alderson, West Virginia at the time of passing. Jim grew up in the Old Greenbrier Baptist Church, graduated from Alderson High School in 1955, served in the US Air Force during the Korean War, was a business administrator for Mt. Vernon (Home of George Washington), and was a manager of Waterfront Sports Goods in Alderson. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Lantz Funeral Home in Alderson with Pastor Sammy Groves officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday.
