Mr. Whitlow was a very kind gentleman that had a servant's heart. He shared his many talents with others and was always there if someone had a need for something. Mr. Whitlow was a very kind gentleman with a servant's heart. He was very active in his community with Methodist Church and served on several boards with the City Of Gardendale. He was a worker, I learned so much from Mr. Jim regarding the Appeals board and The Zoning Board. He will sure be missed, the love he had in his heart for others will always remain a memory in our hearts. We all love you Mr. Jim and Thank you for your help to others.
