To the Wilburn Family,
I worked with Jim for over 20 years at the Central Garage. He was one of the best friends I had at work and I still remember good times that we shared. When I retired, in 2003, I made a comment that there were only a few people that I would really miss. Jim was one of them. I am so sorry for your loss.

You were such a gift from GOD. Your Family will miss you alot. My heart goes out to them. We all will feel there pain. May you now have wings that will soar accross the sky. You were such a caring person. We all would sit listen as you told stories of your children, how it was to be such a good grandfather to the little ones. You gave your heart to them all. Mr.Jim will always be remember and to the entire family we are sorry for there loss. Memories that I have of Mr.Jim was from when I played baseball at 10th ave and mr.Jim eithered coached or he was umpiring the games and he was either telling me how to play the game or he was calling me out or safe on a game, or he was telling me to keep my mouth shut. He was always playing a very fatherly role to a bunch of young kids. He will be missed. The Chapman Family
