I just found out about Jim's passing. My condolences to the entire Wilke family. I met John at UNO and in 1980 Gary & I built a home right next door to Jim and Suzanne. I am so saddened by this news. To know Jim was to love him and my heart hurts for the entire family. Lynn Sortino Malolepszy

I shared many great times with Jim, the horse community has lost one of its best.Thinking of his family at this difficult time.

Jim was as a fine horseman...I always liked listening to his stories of how it was back then...May the lord be with you.

I am sorry to learn of Jim's passing. He was truly a nice guy.We had alot of fun going to horse shows. My grandmother was fond of Jim. He spent alot of time at her ranch in Elkhorn back in the early years. He will truly be missed.

Jeff and Heidi,

Sorry to hear this Jeff. I fondly remember the great time we had out at Fonner with you two, Jim and Suzanne years ago. In fact, that might have been the "blue comb" incident. Rest in peace Jim (and belatedly Suzanne).

Sorry about Jim's passing. We were classmates in high school. Jim was well-liked. Condolences to family and friends.

Prayers are with the family. He was such an important part of my families lives for so many years. My mom and dad Mike and Jackie Havens will miss him so much.
